From Head to Heel Relief

Explore the most common areas we treat—each one backed by data, advanced therapies, and a personalized plan for lasting relief.

Shoulder pain can impact sleep, daily movement, and athletic performance. We treat sports injuries, arthritis, and rotator cuff issues with regenerative therapies that reduce inflammation, restore mobility, and help you heal without surgery.

Elbow pain from overuse, sports, or work can limit motion and daily tasks. We treat conditions like tennis elbow and ligament injuries using regenerative treatments that heal tissue and support long-term recovery without steroids or surgery.

Pain in the hands and wrists can limit your ability to work, lift, or write. We use regenerative therapies to treat orthopedic and nerve-related conditions, restore function, and help you move without discomfort or weakness.

Knee pain can disrupt everything from walking to training. Whether caused by injury or arthritis, our data-driven approach uses regenerative therapies to reduce pain, support joint health, and keep you moving with confidence.

Hip and pelvic pain often signals deeper issues. From labrum issues and hamstring injuries to chronic hip bursitis and tendon pain, we diagnose and treat the root cause with regenerative options that reduce pain, restore motion, and delay or prevent surgical intervention.

Your feet and ankles carry you through life—and when they’re in pain, everything slows down. At Bayes Sports Medicine, we treat foot and ankle conditions with therapies that work in harmony with your body’s natural healing response. Our goal is to reduce inflammation, repair soft tissues, and keep you moving comfortably and confidently.

Nerve pain can feel sharp, burning, or electric—and it’s often tough to pinpoint. We identify the source and treat nerve-related conditions with regenerative therapies that promote healing, reduce inflammation, and restore normal function.

About Our Regenerative Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Treatments

When should I see a sports medicine doctor about my pain?

If your pain is affecting movement, daily activity, sleep, or performance—and especially if it’s not improving with rest—it’s time to see a sports medicine specialist. At Bayes Sports Medicine, we can evaluate the issue, provide onsite diagnostics, and guide you toward the right treatment, whether that’s regenerative therapy or another personalized plan.

I have an old, lingering injury. Can you help with that?

Absolutely. Many of our patients come to us with unresolved pain or injuries that haven’t responded to traditional care. Our regenerative treatments like PRP and stem cells are designed to help heal chronic injuries by stimulating the body’s natural repair process—even years after the initial injury.

I don’t see spine on the list. Do you have treatments for back pain?

While we don’t treat the spine directly, back pain can often be referred from issues in the hips, pelvis, or soft tissues. We’ll help determine where the pain is coming from, and if we’re not the right fit for your condition, we’ll refer you to a trusted spine specialist.

Do I need a referral to be seen at Bayes Sports Medicine?

It depends upon your insurance plan, but often no referral is needed. You can request an appointment directly with our clinic, and we’ll guide you through the evaluation and treatment process from day one.

What if I’m not sure where my pain is coming from?

That’s exactly what we’re here for. We start with a thorough evaluation and in-office imaging—like diagnostic ultrasound or X-rays—to pinpoint the source of your pain. From there, we’ll build a treatment plan that targets the actual problem, not just the symptoms.

Can you treat pain in multiple areas at once?

Yes, we often treat patients who have pain in more than one area. Because we perform in-depth evaluations and personalized diagnostics, we can tailor treatment to address multiple injuries or conditions in the same visit or treatment plan.

What happens if you can’t treat my condition?

We’ll be honest with you. If we determine that your condition isn’t a good fit for regenerative or sports medicine treatment, we’ll make sure you’re connected with the right provider. Our reputation is built on doing what’s best for the patient—even if that means referring you elsewhere.
